The System Team Manager should serve as a positive mentor for junior employees, coaching team members in groups or individually.
The Technical Developer III is a senior role on the Navy Personnel and Pay (NP2) PeopleSoft development project requires an individual who can provide leadership and expertise in technical development and system design. This will involve working with the client to gather functional requirements, and drafting technical specifications meet those requirements, analyzing the impact of vendor-provided updates and system upgrades, and programming solutions using the PeopleTools suite. NP2 is personnel and pay system based on a PeopleSoft 9.2 solution utilizing the HCM, FSCM, and Global Payroll modules. The work will be in support of a complex development project that requires leading/collaborating with various functional, technical, and support teams.

The Test Manager leads testing teams to ensure the overall delivery of software and documentation has been adequately tested. They also ensure the software and documentation deliveries meet defined standards for quality assurance. NP2 is personnel and pay system based on a PeopleSoft solution utilizing the HCM, FSCM, and Global Payroll modules. The candidate should have experience in PeopleSoft Pay systems, leading large teams, and conducting multiple test events and projects of similar size and scope.
Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a variety of Training Specialist IIIs to provide training creation, training implementation and instruction, and documentation supporting the execution of a large size, multi-year contract to the Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) Army Military Payroll (AMP). Nakupuna Consulting is extending contingent offers for this effort in anticipation of contract award, which is expected in May of 2024. The Training Specialis III should be familiar with the U.S. Army’s curriculum development process and requirements. The Training Specialist III will draft training plans after conducting needs assessment analysis. The Training Specialist III will then collaborate with the Training Manager and other specialists the creation of training programs, classes, and workshops to be utilized by IT professionals and other team members across the AMP program. The Training Specialist III should be comfortable working in an Agile environment, resolving complex problems if and when they arise. Collaboration with the various Agile Teams will be a common aspect of the position, and the Training Specialist III should be comfortable with data sharing and information sharing both across teams and with upper-level managers, such as the Training Manager, Configuration Manager, and Program Manager. As a senior specialist, mentorship of junior staff-members will also be an element of this position, and the Training Specialist III should be willing to collaborate and coach team members across the AMP program.
