Na Aliʻi is seeking a Learning & Workforce Capability Manager to lead the company’s enterprise learning strategy, workforce development programs, and capability-building initiatives.. This role will shape how employees develop critical leadership, technical, operational, and AI-enabled skills needed to support business growth, customer success, and organizational readiness. The successful candidate will drive enterprise learning programs, modernize workforce development practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning across the company.
This position serves as the enterprise lead for learning and workforce development initiatives across all business functions and oversees the organization's training investments, and workforce capability programs.
The Learning & Workforce Capability Manager will partner with Nakupuna’s Shared Services, business leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to support business objectives and contract requirements. This role will oversee learning technologies, training governance, workforce capability initiatives, and enterprise training investments while supervising a Training Specialist.
