Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a Health & Safety Officer to support environmental projects in Hawaiʻi, with additional responsibilities across the corporate Health & Safety program. The position is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting safe work practices, conducting hazard assessments, and supporting health and safety program development across multiple Nakupuna initiatives.
This position requires knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOE, and USACE EM 385-1-1 standards and emphasizes the ability to manage safety and health aspects of environmental, demolition, and remediation projects, including hazardous materials and hazardous waste operations.

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,00.00 to $140,000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
