Nakupuna Prime is looking for a Data Analyst to support a DoW Field Activity reporting to OUSW(R&E) at Ft. Belvoir. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel.

• Identify trends and problems through complex big data analysis. Interpret results and draw conclusions from variety of sources using a variety of techniques, to include simple data aggregation, statistical analysis, and complex data mining. 
• Gather and analyze technical information from various sources and create EXCEL/ SQL queries to retrieve specific information and parameters from database(s). 
• Drive impact and value through the development and maintenance of dashboards. 
• Utilize programs such as SharePoint, Excel, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate to analyze data, automate processes, and help the organization make informed decisions. 
• Transform data sets through quantitative and qualitative analysis into insights and compelling visuals that help inform decision making and improve the value of the enterprise. 
• Manipulate large data sets and use them to identify trends and reach meaningful conclusions to inform strategic business decisions. 
• Plan and document meetings, to include providing reports, briefing materials and tracking actions. 
• Use standard formats and guidelines to draft and prepare official documents and communications.  

Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong quantitative ability and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.  
• Strong background in and experience with data visualization and dashboard creation, to include experience with Power BI. 
• Experience with SharePoint content management, web design, and programming languages such as Python, SQL, and R. 
• Experience with Power Apps. 
• Demonstrated experience compiling, organizing, and cleaning large datasets for input into dashboards or business intelligence tools. Experience with data mining and statistical analysis. 
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Must possess strong numerical and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated capabilities in researching, collecting, and synthesizing large and complex datasets or databases and a keen eye for detail and accuracy. 
• Self-motivated and self-monitoring, exceptional oral and written communications, and ability to multi-task. 
• Highly proficient in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.  

Education and Experience: This position requires a bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of demonstrable data analysis experience in the DoW.

Clearance Requirements: This position requires an active Secret security clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Work Location: Onsite at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia.
