Overview

Nakupuna Prime is seeking a Systems Analyst to support the Army Human Resources Command. We are actively staffing contingent positions with a start date during the contract transition phase between December 12-26, 2025. The Systems Analyst will support HRC’s enterprise IT compliance and portfolio management functions by maintaining authoritative system records, ensuring adherence to Federal and DoD requirements, and enabling accurate reporting across the portfolio. This role conducts detailed analysis of system data, documentation, and compliance artifacts to ensure systems meet all applicable privacy, cybersecurity, interoperability, and governance requirements. The Systems Analyst will work closely with system owners, cybersecurity personnel, and program leadership to track compliance status, identify gaps, coordinate updates, and ensure timely submission of mandated assessments and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update system records in APMS, ensuring accuracy of lifecycle data, compliance status, documentation, and mandatory reporting fields
  • Support preparation, coordination, and submission of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), System of Records Notices (SORNs), and OMB Control Number
  • Track system compliance activities across the portfolio, identify missing or outdated artifacts, and work with system owners to remediate gaps
  • Assist in planning and coordination for Army Interoperability Certification and Organizational Execution Plan (OEP) compliance requirements, validating that systems meet applicable standards
  • Analyze compliance data to identify trends, risks, and required updates; prepare summaries, dashboards, and status reports for leadership review
  • Support audits, inspections, and Data Calls by compiling required artifacts, validating documentation accuracy, and responding to taskings within established timelines
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity and program management teams to ensure all compliance activities align with RMF, Army policy, and enterprise governance processes

Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications: The candidate must be self-motivated, pay close attention to detail, and have good oral and written communication skills. Additional certifications may be required as prescribed by DoDD 8140 (e.g., Network+ CE, Security+ CE, CASP CE).

 

Education and Experience: This position prefers a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent relevant experience. 

 

Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance. An interim is required before receiving a formal job offer.

Work Location: Fort Knox, Kentucky. Telework may be authorized once approved by the Government.

Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation:

  • Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
