Overview

Nakupuna Prime is seeking a Systems Integration Architect to support the Army Human Resources Command. We are actively staffing contingent positions with a start date during the contract transition phase between December 12-26, 2025. The Systems Integration Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing complex integration solutions across enterprise systems, applications, and data environments. This role ensures seamless interoperability among platforms, enabling the organization to leverage technology effectively in support of mission objectives. The Systems Integration Architect collaborates closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to develop integration strategies that align with business goals, security requirements, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.

  • Lead the design, evaluation, and implementation of system integration solutions, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture, security requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Oversee configuration integrity by reviewing changes to configuration items, validating release packages, and ensuring system documentation is accurate and current.
  • Support the Change Advisory Board (CAB) by performing impact analyses, preparing technical assessments, and advising on risks and dependencies for proposed changes.
  • Develop and maintain system integration documentation, process maps, interface definitions, and technical standards to support consistent and repeatable integration practices.
  • Conduct system assessments and process improvement analyses to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for modernization across the IT environment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams, system owners, and program managers to ensure integrated planning and synchronized execution of upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
  • Provide expert technical support during system incidents and post-implementation reviews to validate successful integration and identify areas for corrective action.

Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications: The candidate must be self-motivated, pay close attention to detail, and have good oral and written.

  • Strong expertise with integration platforms and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with data integration.
  • Solid understanding of identity and access management (IAM), authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, JWT), and security best practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Education/Experience:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, or ServiceNow.

Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance. An interim is required before receiving a formal job offer.
