Overview

Nakupuna Prime is looking a Senor Program Analyst that will provide program analyst and data visualization services for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced data visualizations and analytics in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making for DTRA and required Directorate senior leadership
  • Provide Budget Execution status and projected Budget Execution analysis in dashboard visualization using Power BI and other data visualization tools
  • Provide Independent Cost Estimation for new acquisitions and Estimate at Completion analysis for existing contracts
  • Provide expert acquisition planning support; pre-award, post-award, source selection, and close out

Qualifications

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Power BI Dashboards, Office 365 SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, and SharePoint Designer 2013
  • Demonstrated experience in the ability and skills to manage multiple projects, keep track of, or adjust, existing tasks while identifying new tasks and expectations as projects evolve.
  • Ability to perform detailed work with little guidance and interact in a positive manner with other government and industry personnel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to adapt quickly in a changing environment and synthesize information and draft summaries and reports.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (e.g., SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project)
  • Knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), desired.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree desired.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of professional acquisition experience.
  • Experience working with and briefing senior level DoD personnel; excellent verbal and written communication and organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a time-sensitive environment with a high-level of accountability. 

Clearance Requirements: Must possess an active Secret security clearance and be eligible for immediate SCI nomination and indoctrination. Must be a U.S. Citizen. 

 

Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation: 

  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers. 
  • Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations. 
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
