Overview

Nakupuna Prime is seeking a SharePoint Data Manager. The Mid-Level SharePoint/Data Manager under general supervision will be primarily responsible for the technical planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and management of intranet and extranet activities and technical management of OI-PMO SharePoint site(s) in support of Operations and Integration Directorate of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. 

Responsibilities

  • Perform the full life cycle software development to include conceptual analysis, requirements analysis, design, configuration, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of various web site, team sites, and/or web parts.
  • Serve as the Internet SharePoint technical advisor to other organizations within the OI-PMO.
  • Provide instruction to functional area users on software and hardware applications, file accessing techniques, search strategies, processing and space utilization efficiencies, database security procedures, backup and program recovery techniques.
  • Ensure priority projects/tasks are accomplished without adverse effect on regular and recurring assignments.

Qualifications

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Specialized experience with SharePoint to include programing languages for web application development and experience with web server administration techniques and SharePoint server equipment relating to Internet Explorer and internal data communication system and software.
  • Proficiency with Power BI Dashboards, Office 365 SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, and SharePoint Designer 2013.
  • Ability to identify, design, prototype, and support new initiatives that support the OI-PMO in the following areas: improved communications and data exchange capabilities, improved storage capabilities, improved Enterprise Architectures, enhanced access controls, improved cross-domain NIPRNet and potential SIPRNet data exchanges, big data analytics, the potential addition of new data sources, and the potential for the integration of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • Ability to identify users’ needs, requirements, and constraints to translate the user’s requirements into new initiatives that meet OI-PMO architecture standards.
  • Ability to perform configuration management and data management and provide quality and product assurance for the program.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe, and MS Teams
  • Experience using SharePoint, Adobe, and MS Teams.

Education and Experience:

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent obtained from an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university.
  • Experience – Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in federal or government acquisition.

Clearance Requirements: Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance and be eligible for immediate SCI nomination and indoctrination. Must be a U.S. Citizen. 

 

Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation:

  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
  • Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
