The Knowledge & Content Manager (KCM) is a key component of the Nakupuna business development team, serving as the human-in-the-loop (HITL) for integrating AI into BD operations and proposal writing. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the content and knowledge management frameworks, processes and tools that enable the BD team to win government contracts. This role ensures the capture, organization, and dissemination of critical data related to clients, past performance, and proposal content while also optimizing content structures for use with AI-powered proposal development tools. The KCM will act as a central hub of information, leveraging technology and standardized processes to increase the BD team’s efficiency and win rate.

Must have demonstrated ability and willingness to develop, implement, and lead a holistic knowledge/content management strategy for a services company. To be successful in this role, the candidate must also have direct proposal management experience to ensure a full understanding of the content requirements for compliant and compelling proposals and related BD documents. Education and Experience: This position requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution as well as a minimum of four (4) years of professional experience with Federal business development.
Certification Requirements: None. Shipley training is strongly preferred.
Clearance: This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
