Skills/ Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in the ability and skills to manage multiple projects, keep track of, or adjust, existing tasks while identifying new tasks and expectations as projects evolve
- Ability to perform detailed work with little guidance and interact in a positive manner with other government and industry personnel
- Ability to work under pressure and to adapt quickly in a changing environment and synthesize information and draft summaries and reports
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
- Knowledge and experience in PPBE Process, POM Planning and Current Year Budget Execution
- Knowledge and experience in use of all types of appropriations such as O&M, RDT&E and Procurement
- Knowledge and experience in G-Invoicing, Receipt and acceptance and ULOs
- Knowledge and experience in using DAI and PIEE
- Ability to assist the Government in achieving maximum effectiveness in the operations of the Client assigned contract portfolios
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree desired.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of professional Cost Analyst and Program Analyst experience.
- Experience working with and briefing senior level DoD personnel; excellent verbal and written communication and organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a time-sensitive environment with a high-level of accountability.
Certifications: DAWIA Level II/III and/or NCMA CPCM/CFCM desired .
Clearance Requirements: Must possess an active Secret security clearance and be eligible for immediate SCI nomination and indoctrination. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Work Location: Work is performed in Fort Belvoir, Virginia and Reston, Virginia.
