Education and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the following areas:
- Experience leading functional project teams to analyze and support the functional/technical design and implementation of program architecture to meet program needs.
- Experience providing Financial Management and Oracle system expertise, or similar expertise to support a dedicated test function responsible for reviewing, scheduling, executing, and reporting on integrated and regression testing.
- Experience utilizing tools and evolving technologies to assist with building and analyzing financial or other data to optimize solutions and ensure scalability for tasks assigned.
- Experience maintaining an Agile Systems Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Experience participating in Qualification Test and Evaluation (QT&E) Process and deliver test results and analysis as required for failed and incomplete test scripts.
- Experience providing SMEs at multiple locations during the deployment/implementation cycle of a finance, accounting, or similar system to provide over-the-shoulder training and support to users.
- Experience providing support to Agile development teams to coordinate and execute both Agile Development Testing (ADT) and Government Integrated Testing (GIT).
- Experience providing senior systems integration and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) knowledgeable of DoD, federal, commercial accounting, and other finance-related practices.
- Experience as an agile product owner implementing business processes such as Budget to Report (B2R), Procure to Pay (P2P) and/or Orders to Cash (O2C) in support of finance, accounting, or similar systems.
- Experience supporting the functional development and deployment of an automated compliance tool for auditability within a financial system, to include but not limited to, the Oracle Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Experience reviewing, supporting, and responding to internal and external audits conducted by the General Accounting Office (GAO), the Department of Defense Inspector General (DoDIG), Air Force Audit Agency (AFAA), Deputy Chief Financial Officer (DCFO) and other inspection agencies.
- Experience providing support to an Agile Team framework to work with Government Product Managers to develop the program vision, roadmaps and manage and prioritize the Program Backlogs.
- Recognized industry, academic, or government leader in their field.
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s or doctoral degree preferred.
- Experience supporting the Department of Defense or federal agencies preferred.
Clearance Requirements: Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred or required based on task order.
Location: Varies by task order. May include on-site at the Pentagon, Wright-Patterson AFB, or other federal sites. Remote work is possible based on client needs and approval.
