Nakupuna Solutions is looking to a Requirements Specialist Lead. This position will support the Department of the Navy, Enterprise Systems & Services Office (PMW 250) and the Naval Safety Center’s (NAVSAFECEN) efforts for Risk Management Information (RMI). This individual will work with a team delivering an application capable of capturing safety data and supporting the full lifecycle of risk mitigation practices. The RMI initiative consists of four capability areas established to improve safety processes and automated support for those processes.

• Serve as the Team Lead overseeing a team of Requirements Specialists
• Review requirements and policy documents
• Validate requirements, interface, and other module requirements
• Develop initial roadmaps process diagrams and adjust as necessary
• Compile feedback through the development and sustainment process

Education and Experience: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Must have 5-7 years work experience.

Certification Requirements: Current credentials in relevant information technology and software development practices preferred.

DoD System Access: Must be able to qualify for and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC). Must be able to obtain a favorable Tier 3 (T3) background investigation including an FBI fingerprint check. Must be a U.S. citizen.

Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation:

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $140,000.00 to $150,000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
