Nakupuna Solutions is looking for a Web Developer III to join the team. The Web Developer III is accountable for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce applications. This support will include ensuring the optimal performance, security, and scalability of enterprise systems and solutions.

System Design and Implementation:

• Design Salesforce solutions to address identified business needs within operational constraints.
• Plan and implement system infrastructure to support applications.
• Create and/or provide input to technical designs, diagrams, documentation, and business process mapping artifacts.
• Optimize system performance to enable the application to scale to business needs.
• Implement security measures in accordance with applicable regulations, standards, and best practices.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide leadership on technical projects and guidance to team members on solutions.
• Develop system standards and evaluate new technologies.

Infrastructure Management:

• Manage enterprise systems and oversee configurations of objects, fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to Government or project leadership.
• Coordinate system upgrades, identifying any dependencies or blockers.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
• Required certifications including Security+ CE.
• 7+ years of systems engineering experience
• Experience with the following:
  • Salesforce Flows
  • Apex
  • Visual Studio Code
  • .NET or Java

Clearance Requirements: Active TS/SCI security clearance required. Must be a U.S. citizen.

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $98,500.00 to $151,000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
