Na Ali'i is looking for a Release Train Engineer to lead agile project teams to track and ensure timely, accurate delivery of bi-weekly software deliverables. The ideal candidate will also gather and interpret technical information, build cross-team coalitions, support change management activities, and organize Agile Team outputs. Additionally, this position will serve in a key leadership role for the entire Agile Release Train.

Iterative development methodology including Agile/SAFe methods. Conflict resolution and carrying on conversation by focusing on Agile values of openness, honesty, and respect. Demonstrable experience of RTE. Ideally the RTE will have HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Financial Integrations experience.

Clearance Requirements: This position requires an active SECRET security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.
Work Location: Work location will be hybrid, going 2 days a week onsite in Arlington, Virginia.
