Nakupuna Prime is looking for a Senior Consultant to support the Washington Headquarters Service (WHS). The ideal candidate is an expert communicator who has extensive knowledge of the organizations and functions of the Department of Defense (DoD).

• Conduct high level analysis and effectively integrate a wide range of complex factors.  
• Analyze and develop improvement options for administrative functions to include human resources, budget development and execution, logistics, facilities management, administrative security, and contract management.  
• Communicate verbally and in writing at the highest levels of government. Draft DoD senior executive decision documents and presentations, to include briefings and data, in accordance with available templates, formats, and style guidance. 
• Utilize expert knowledge of strategy formulation, execution, and planning, DoD functional policies and procedures, and DoD organizations and functions, to solve senior management challenges and articulate DoD policy positions clearly to senior-level audiences. 
• Assist with the development, coordination, and implementation of organizational responsibilities. Conduct comprehensive analyses and develop creative approaches to resolve issues into actionable plans.  
• Assist with planning and coordination of activities to ensure the objectives and priorities of the organization are achieved.  
• Manage multiple taskings from higher level offices. Able to support daily operations and execution.  
• Support multiple complex and multi-faceted projects. 

Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate has experience with the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: 

• Knowledge of responsibilities and functions of all DoD organizations; and demonstrated ability to communicate and work with senior executives across Executive Branch agencies, the Military Departments, and other DoD organizations. 
• Self-motivated, exceptional oral and written communications, and ability to multi-task. 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.  
• Highly proficient in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.  

Education and Experience: This position requires a master’s degree and 20 years of experience supporting the DoD, preferably within the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) or WHS. 

Clearance: Active Secret. Must be a U.S. citizen.  

Location: Work is performed on-site at the Pentagon, Mark Center, or in Crystal City.
