Overview

Nakupuna Prime is looking for a Sr. Management Analyst to support the Washington Headquarters Service. The ideal candidate has experience with process improvement, directly supporting and briefing senior Department of Defense (DoD) leaders, and providing expert consultation on managing a diverse portfolio of space and real property assets.  

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple taskings from higher level offices. Able to support daily operations and execution.  
  • Prepare and manage large amounts of information in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.  
  • Prepare briefings and data for presentation to senior leaders in the DoD in accordance with available templates, formats, and style guidance. 
  • Organize and manage complicated process improvement projects 
  • Manage large amounts of files and data across a large office/environment.  
  • Coordinate various stakeholder and staff actions across organization to ensure unity of effort.  
  • Capture, disseminate, coordinate, and submit all responses to suspense actions as well as internal actions and directives. 
  • Track milestones, compile packages, and coordinate major briefing events to senior leaders. 

Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate is familiar and has experience with the following technical knowledge, skills, and abilities: 

  • Knowledge of government contracting, budget, cost, and logistics 
  • Experience in acquisition and management of space and real property assets. 
  • Self-motivated and self-monitoring, exceptional oral and written communications, and ability to multi-task. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.  
  • Knowledge of responsibilities and functions of all DoD organizations; and demonstrated ability to communicate and work with senior executives across Executive Branch agencies, the Military Departments, and other DoD organizations. 
  • Highly proficient in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.  

 

Education and Experience: This position requires: 

  • A master’s degree
  • A Project Management Institute (PMI) Professional in Business Analysis (PBA) certification or equivalent
  • 20 years of program management experience, specifically with regards to planning and executing major research, engineering, and technology development programs for defense agencies and DoD field activities 

 

Clearance: Active Secret. Must be a U.S. citizen.  

 

Location: Work is performed on-site at the Pentagon, Mark Center, or in Crystal City. 

 

Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation: 

  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers. 
  • Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations. 
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
