This position is part of a team that supports the USINDOPACOM Alpha contract. The Financial Management Specialist will perform financial analysis, including creating financial plans, managing the office’s financial management tool, preparing budget exhibits, and handling budgeting and budget execution for all financial accounts managed by client office.

Skills/Qualificiations The Financial Management Specialist is essential for maintaining the program’s financial health and making strategic decisions based on well-informed information and insights. This position demands strong financial expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. Ideal candidates will have a robust finance background, familiarity with DoD financial systems, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to guide and influence business decisions at a senior level.
Education and Experience: This position requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $95,000.00 to $160,000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
