Nakupuna Federal is looking to hire multiple Management Analysts to support the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)’s Transformation and Strategy Office (TSO). The project is focused on developing strategic performance measures and designing and implementing a performance dashboard. Support activities may include program plan development, management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting activities for strategic and transformation projects to implement IRS’ strategic goals and enterprise-wide performance improvement program.

Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate can develop high-quality written communications for the Federal Government client and demonstrates the ability to comprehend, analyze, and synthesize complex processes and data into digestible and informative content. Specifically, the candidate is familiar with and has experience with the following technical knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Education and Experience: This position requires three to five years of relevant professional experience. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
Clearance: The candidate must be eligible to obtain an MBI Public Trust Clearance.

Work Location: Work is performed in a hybrid environment at the government site in Washington, D.C., and at the Nakupuna Office in Arlington, VA.
The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,000.00 to $125,000.00 (annualized USD). The good faith salary range displayed represents the position at time of posting and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
